Lisa Greer enters the 2018 season as the interim head coach for the Rockford University women's soccer program. Greer brings both playing and coaching experience with her after competing at both the high school and collegiate level and coaching at the high school level.
Most recently Greer served as the Head Junior Varsity Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach for the women's soccer program at Discovery Canyon Campus. Coach Greer was involved in all facets of program including developing an implementing practice plans, coordinating travel and teaching technique. In addition to her soccer duties, Greer also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Greer has been involved with the program for four years helping demonstrate and teach proper technique and form.
Prior to her coaching duties, Greer played four years on the Ottawa University women's soccer team. During her time at Ottawa, the Braves compiled an impressive 52-20-8 record and won multiple conference championships. In two of Greer's four years as a Brave, Ottawa also secured a berth in the NAIA Playoffs.
Greer earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2015 from Ottawa University and is now currently working towards her master's degree at Rockford University.
